I am a Chrorn's disease patient for last two years in addition to diabetics, bp and cholostrol for around 16 years. I expect some good advice.

From Discharge summary 10-9-14
A known case of type 2 diabetes mellitus,Systermic hypertension and dyslipidemia,increased frequency of toileting (6-8times per day). Each time with a passage of small volume of stools with mucous increased urgency and tenesmus- occasional blood mixed in stools with periaonal pain,- low grade fever with chills-recurrent hypoglycemic episodes. No history of abdominal pain, vomiting, loss of appetite.

Have you tried to monitor and alter your diet to see what increases symptoms of Crohn's? Like AGS did in the personal voice we shared above. What forms of exercise and meditation do you do? Yoga? Walk? Stress is a key trigger for symptoms of Crohn's and also affects your other conditions. We assume you do not smoke. You should also watch out for managing hypoglycemia
