How to check up my sugar level ..I generally go empty stomach for fasting and do not take medicine before PP is it right way or I should take medicine before PP n my fasting around 140 n pp always around 170..how to bring it normal level..

Fasting blood glucose test
Fasting blood glucose test requires a minimum of 8 hours of fasting. I would take the medicines as prescribed and as you would take on any given day. Postprandial glucose test is done usually between 2 to 4 hours after a meal.
