Well a fasting sugar range of 100 to 125mg/dl is considered to be the Prediabetes range. Some people may at this stage feel more tired, more thirsty, have weight loss etc. Losing excessive weight, daily exercises and eating a diet that helps control blood sugar levels are some ways that may help to prevent prediabetes from progressing to diabetes.
