Diabetes since 2002. Allopathic drugs taken, taking insulin 25/20 units M&E.

I believe a vegan diet and
I believe a vegan diet and daily 1 hour walk helps a lot in managing the diabetes. 1 gram of oil has about 9 calories. So please limit intake of oily foods as well.

Sorry to hear about your uncontrolled diabetes. Firstly, I would inform your doctor about the lack of drop in blood sugar levels so that your doctor may monitor it more closely and change dosages as required. Secondly I would focus on lifestyle changes such as daily exercises, strict diet, loss of excess weight and stress management.
