The author Brig (Retd) S. P. Bhattacharjya narrates his experience as a caregiver to his wife Sukla who develops Alzheimer's. He honestly shares the mistakes they may have made and the various approaches they tried to cope with the progress of Alzheimer's while doing the best he could to protect her quality of life.

The book covers the journey and the caregiving experience over 15 years. The book is useful for all caregivers who are trying to come to terms with their loved one's condition. Its a timely reminder that we need to come together as a community to support people with Alzheimer's as well as their family carers.
