Itching may be due to multiple causes such as dry skin, allergies, rash, hives, cold weather, eczema, insect bites, viral or parasitic infection etc. In Chronic renal failure too, itching is seen. It would be best to try applying vaseline soon after a shower to prevent moisture from escaping. I would apply calamine or aloe vera lotion, and try warm oatmeal baths for itch relief. If these remedies do not help, best to see your doctor about it.

it can be due to dermatitis or any fungal infection.use any mild steroid with antifungal cream. and 10mg levicetrizine.
stone in kidney is unrelated.use water 12 glasses of 250ml per day.
