A drop in temperature in winter or because of rains builds up pain in the joints. How do I get quick relief?

1. Don't get exposed directly to cold,wet weather
2. Cover up with warm wear
3. loosen up joints with stretching/exercises and yoga
4. Have hot soups, ginger/garlic in food
5. Small doses of pain killers if pain severe
6. Keep moving !

Warm compress and hot bath with epsom salts and massaging the joint with diclofenac ointment are all effective ways to relieve the pain.
