i used to weight 60-63 kg. but afterdelivery weight starts increasing ang now weight is 75-76 kg.
am veey worried ....plz tell how i can reduce weight..

Weight gain post-delivery can be due to several reasons such as unhealthy diet, lack of exercise, sleeplessness, stress or low thyroid function. It is known that breastfeeding itself burns about 500 calories per day so continue to breastfeed your baby! Being a mother can be stressful, so try to take some personal time out for relaxation exercises like yoga, walk or going to the gym etc. A healthy diet is very important to reduce weight and risk of lifestyle diseases. Drinking lots of water and avoiding sugary, fried and fatty foods is a good start.
