Sorry to hear about your kidney stone! Have you been directed towards treatment options by your Urologist? Usually stones upto 5mm can pass on their own. Larger stones require removal either via Lithotripsy, Uteroscopy or percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Stones are often collected and analysed for composition. In the mean time, I would drink lots of water. If there is unbearable pain, your doctor can prescribe pain medications.
