Hi I am 27 yr old male from Banglore, after typhiod cure i came to know that i am having 3mm stones in both kidneys, right one was at upper pole I passed it with in 4 days, left one is at lower pole I couldn't able to pass it, I am sensing its movement from front to back by pain almost 3weeks gone, I am taking cyston tablets for this, can anyone suggest me on this for get relief

Sorry to hear about your pain! Kidney stones are notorious for causing back and flank pain. Stones less than 6mm do pass on their own but may take time. Drinking lots of fluids and water (approx 3 liters a day) will help flush your urinary system. I would continue the Cystone tablets as prescribed, warm compresses and pain relievers for pain relief. If pain becomes severe and persistent, inform your doctor about it right away.
