I am a 38 year old male. I've been having trouble urinating and deficatin. I have mucous or a white substance coming out of my penis and stool. My stool is covered in a green or yellowish mucus like substance. And it looks like sperm half way floating in toilet coming from penis. I have had blood work done and a urine sample. Nothing Found. I've been having pain in my lower abdomen, pelvic area, groin area, lower back, and even my testicles will feel a bit sore at times. I have no STD. I did go to Urologist once who felt my testicles and told me that the lumps I feel or just cysts. Is it possible to know this by just feeling? Every where I search says otherwise. Thanks for any help. I've been struggling for unknown reasons for at least 4 yrs now. Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks
