Do you have a health, fitness and wellbeing resolution for 2018?

The chances of keeping to your resolutions are higher if you write them down or share them. So share yours now 

I am looking to have a sound mind and body from now onwards. A few things on my list are:

1. Abstinence from Alcohol: To keep my mind in equilibrium and also avoid undue interaction with my medicines.

2. Exercising regularly: Slowly build my capacity to enjoy physical activities.

3. Nurturing my Skills and Talents: The heart factor for overall satisfaction in life.

4. Managing healthy Sleep cycle: Feeling well energized after a good sleep.
