Surely sweating is a symptom of a sinus infection. Exercise can bother sinusitis and aggravate all its symptoms. It would be best to note and avoid all sinus triggers. If you suffer from chronic and frequent sinus infections, it would be helpful to see an ENT doctor.

thank you for the response Dr.Patel. i had chronic sinusitis. and we consulted doctors for years. And it was under control.few year back i got acidity and weight gain, so im trying to loose weight through exercise. but sinusitis again comes up. i couldn't loose weight though.please suggest me any help.

Before starting on any plan for weight loss, decide the ideal body weight you want to get to and the time period for this loss. This will help set a time frame and keep you more motivated to achieve your weight goal. Weight loss is only fruitful when diet is accompanied by daily exercise (minimum of 35 minutes). Here are some tips that may help:

• Firstly, I would eat a balanced diet with a plate containing half portion of vegetables and half of whole grains plus plant/animal proteins.
• I would avoid all types of fad or extreme diets.
• I would avoid all outside foods and focus on homemade meals from scratch.
• Additionally, reduce the portions of every meal by eating from a smaller plate.
• Also drinking water right before every meal is known to be helpful in curbing hunger.
• Lastly, I would avoid all fried, fatty and sugary foods and beverages especially all packaged products.
