i am 24yrs guy. my height is 186cm & weight is 85.53kg. i want to lose the weight upto 5 to 6kgs. i m going walking for 1hour daily. suggest me few weight loss tips to get rid of this.

Losing weight is a combination of healthy diet and regular exercise. You can download the ebooks on losing weight and a couple of the recipe books here. Ensure portion control and eat more vegetables and fruit servings. Drink lot of water. Sleep well. Also make sure you exercise regularly. Some of the yoga ebooks will help.
