If you constantly feel tired or like you don't get enough sleep, it may be time to revisit your sleep techniques. Most of us view sleep as an optional thing - we try and 'grab' some whenever we have time, but the reality is that like eating, we have to make time for it and there are no shortcuts.

If you feel constantly tired during the day due to lack of sleep, a quick power nap even in the office is a great help. just sit at your desk and close your eyes for 10-15 minutes and you will be refreshed for the rest of the day.
For better sleep at night follow a few tips:
* switch off your email, smartphones etc at least an hour before sleep
* if you like to watch tv in your bedroom, try to avoid channels like cnbc
* close your curtains to avoid external light

I find a warm shower and hot milk help me sleep well. Also avoid caffeine such as tea, coffee, chocolate and fizzy drinks for at least 4 hours before bedtime. A fixed bedtime routine works best!

Yes! Sleep is part of life and gift of life. I need sleep either unconscious or conscious , the later is most powerful one (which is Yogic Relaxation). Change of my breath works better to get sleep. Soothing music also helps to find sleep. All that one has to avoid is external disturbance and make particular time for rest during the day and also time of sleeping and waking.
