I have 198 on fasting and 270 PPT . Suggest me for better medicine than Volini 0.2 mg

Your age, body weight (and height ) and duration of diabetes, mention all the medications (their generic names please), their dosages and for how long since you have been consuming them. Your previous HbA1c values if you have one and your very first fasting or PP reading when got first diagnosed.

trivoglicad 1in morning and 1 in night along with half in afternoon with 1 tenora has helped me to control my sugar level for last 1year to below 200 pp whereas before changing over to this dose my sugar level had crossed 500pp. and I am still eating sweets once in a way.
