Insulin & Medicine dependent Diabet. Is Diabet reversible?

I will answer this with regards to type 2 diabetes as your question is not a good way to describe diabetes. Medicine dependent diabetes can progress to requiring insulin with progression and ageing. There are many risk factors for diabetes, some we can't change like genetic, family history. Some we can change like diet, exercise and lifestyle. Is it reversible depends on your definition. Patients who are overweight and lost weight with exercise and having a good diet may be able to reduce or omit medications (for a certain period of time).
