Hello,
I am 59yrs from Hyd. working. recently under gone Angioplasty. One stent was placed. These days regularly going for a morning walk. What is worrying me now is my heart beat at rest at resting is between 80-90 constantly(checking in the heart beat in pedometer I wear through out day and night.
Is it with in the limits or indicating some serious problem with my heart? Can some one kindly enlighten me on this?

It is on higher side now. Your resting rate previously not known.
You might need to be assessed for thyroid disorder.
If not already on beta blocker, might need to be started on .
If already on beta blocker, might need dose adjustment.
