I am having Parkinson's disease since last years. I am 43 years old. I am having restlessness in Arms and legs while sleeping. There is an Urge to move legs/ arms, usually accompanied or caused by uncomfortable and unpleasant sensations in the legs/ arms.
Symptoms begin or worsen during periods of rest or inactivity such as lying or sitting.
Symptoms occur only at night.
It impacts my sleep and threby aggravates my sysmptoms during the day.
