Hello,

My mother has been treated with numerous RLS medications in last 5 years. After initial relief and dosage adjusting on Ropark in the last few years her symptoms have increased and spread to her arms. All over recognised RLS websites show that it is a sign of augmentation and that next line of treatment is moving to other class of medications such as pregabalin which my mother is already on and opioids. But so far, no doctor has looked to change medications. I am now extremely worried about my mother's future. Please recommend if the line of treatment is indeed needed. I am attaching the resources. Is this treatment not followed in India ?
