Hello,
My name is Hiba Siddiqui and I am currently working as a Senior Psycho-oncologist at Max
Institute of Cancer Care at Max Healthcare (Delhi-NCR, India). I have been practicing as a
psychologist, with a specialization in Psycho-oncology for 12 years now, across healthcare
set-ups in India.

Alongside my job here at Max Healthcare, I am also a doctoral scholar with the Indian
Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IITH), and have completed 2.5 years of my PhD
research. My research niche focusses on sexual health communication in cancer survivorship
in cervical cancers at the moment.
We have received institutional scientific and ethical clearances from both institutions as well.

During my ongoing data collection phase of the study, I am seeking about 20 survivors of
cervical cancers and 20 male partners (single/married/widowed/separated/divorced) above the
age of 18 years, who can spare some time for a short interview with me. The duration of the
interview is expected to be 45-60 minutes only. This would be greatly helpful in terms of
their inputs, shared experiences and suggestions to improve this aspect of communication
within the Indian healthcare systems in India (and as an extension Asian communities).

I am happy to directly connect with interested participants and discuss any queries that they
may have over a call or WhatsApp on +91 9911175205 or on my email ID-
 hiba.siddiqui16@gmail.com.

I would be grateful to Patient Engage network to be connected to people who may be
willing to contribute their experience to this study. The study remains purely confidential
with no personal information to be disclosed or shared beyond the interview.

Warm regards,
Hiba Siddiqui
