So sorry to hear about your mother's pain! Body pains can be due to diabetic neuropathy, exhaustion, arthritis, muscle weakness etc. Simple remedies such as massaging the area gently with peppermint or diclofenac gel can be helpful. Alternating hot and cold compresses is shown to be most effective in reducing any swelling and pain.Mild stretching or some form of daily exercise may help alleviate any stiffness and increase flexibility. Sitting or standing for long can also cause pain and weakness.

thanks shital madamji,i will try my best to follow these instructions, one more doubt madamji she told me now that there is urinal infection type symptoms like allergy, burning sensation while urinating, itching due that rashness arised, help suggest home remedy

Dr. Bhuvaneswari adds:
too vigorous massage at night is counter productive.will need more and more massaging later.
definitely needs a course of neurotropic injections. like renerve plus/ nurokind gold etc, as night pains are more likely due to nerve pathology.
control of diabetic state very important.
regular exercise important. soaking legs in warm water for 15 min prior to sleep at night relaxes stiff muscles and aids circulation.

thanks you very much.one more doubt madamji she told me now that there is urinal infection type symptoms like allergy, burning sensation while urinating, itching due that rashness arised, help suggest home remedy.

Sorry to hear about your Urinary Tract Infection or UTI! Usual UTI symptoms include burning sensation, urination urgency and frequency, fever, pain, blood or cloudiness in the urine. A urine sample is required to confirm diagnosis. I would start by drinking lots of water and cranberry juice to flush out the bacteria if any from the system. It's best to avoid caffeinated drinks like coffee, tea or soda because caffeine is known to further irritate the bladder during an infection. I would apply a heating pad or warm compress over the bladder and urinate frequently to prevent bacteria buildup.

In a UTI, symptoms like high fever, chills and blood in urine can indicate that the infection has spread. In such cases, antibiotic course is required and it would best to call your doctor’s office at that time.
