i am loosing weight my sugar level is around 150.

which kind of exercises should i do ?

Sanjeev you say you are losing weight. Are you still overweight? Or are you now underweight?

Have you checked out our yoga for diabetes and yoga for high blood pressure ebooks? You can find them at www.patientsengage.com/ebooks

Also, please incorporate weight training into your routine. It helps muscle building. If you are doing it for the first time get a few training sessions so you don't injure yourself. Start with small weights and increase over time.
