Pain stiffness under and to the sides of left knee. Difficulty walking stretching the leg .difficult to get up after sitting in a chair. Pain when bending the knee.Not comfortable while sleeping also. I am on Homeo medication.my age is 68 . The pain started suddenly when I sat on the floor and tried to stretch my leg to change position . There was a Kreme king sound under my knee. Now it is almost 2 months but no relief. Had an x ray done the orthopaedic surgeon said cartilage tear. Also I am suffering from Psoriasis I get white powdery stuff in my ears.
