Why would a person develop kidney stones frequently? Is this a sign of some deeper problem? Can stress and overwork cause this?

It could be because of not drinking enough water. Or the diet has high sugar, high salt, high protein and not enough fiber.
also check for bp and diabetes if you have not

Most kidney stones are made of calcium crystals or uric acid. The stones after removal are sent for examination and accordingly the patient is advised to reduce calcium intake or take precautions to avoid frequent UTIs.
