few tips for great sleep
1. Dont watch work-related TV channels or websites at least 2 hours before you go to bed (eg CNBC for people in banking/finance/business)
2. Switch off your devices at least one hour before going to bed. Do not keep any device in your bedroon
3. Half glass of warm milk just before sleeping
4. If you wake up in the middle of the night and find it difficult to go back to sleep-quietly chant a sloka or breathe deeply
5. Read for a short while in bed
