Chest pain between meals or late at night can be due to acid reflux, a common acidity issue. Excess acid production is seen with intake of spicy, heavy, fried, caffeinated and alcohol. It is also seen if there is a large gap between meals. Angina or heart-related pain is often disguised as acidity. If you have any left-sided chest, arm or jaw pain, please get it checked out by your Physician right away.
