My patient aged 37 years old female complaining of severe pain in right shoulder joint in early hours of the day and gradually decrease after few hours.she had undergone clinical tests ie RA factor,thyroid,esr,crp,RBS,serum creatinine,uric acid ,the results are negative.only Hb% is 9.8gm.what is the condition?,treatment to be given.
