dear respected sir madam i am suffering from type 1 diabetes. since last ten years my diabetes some times is not under control. since last three months my fasting blood  sugar is above 200 and post lunch is more than 300 urine also +++.  i am taking lots of care. daily morning i am doing 1 hour walking also and taking bitter guard juice daily i am taking human mixtard insulin shots twice
a day morning 18 units and 18 units in night before taking dinner. my doctor advice me to avoid rice and i avoided rice but problem is that my diabetes in not under control and i also taking glymapride tablet morning and night my age is 33 first time diabetes attacks on my 23 age that time i was doing as asite supervisor job in a construction firm now a days same also. tell and breifly guide what steps additional i have to take complete under control my diabetes

Sorry to hear about your diabetes! If the blood sugar levels are uncontrolled , best to check with your doctor about change in medication, other drugs or increasing dosage. If one is overweight, losing significant weight may be helpful. If there is no weight loss, then the exercise regime should be changed to a more cardiovascular one. Additionally a dietitian may be consulted for a more detailed meal plan geared towards diabetic patients.

I agree with Dr. Shital. Just removing rice from your diet may not be sufficient. You may need to increase fibre in your food and also try and increase exercise. Especially some weight training. But see a doctor before you start.
