I am obese . Am 59 year old n knee pain is there n knees do not fold fully. But I sit on the floor cross legged but not very nicely. Cannot do vajrasan.
Just under my knee, get pain on calf muscles which extend to my feet. After lil bit walk find difficult to fold my leg. Right leg ankle is having a bump on behind the foot which gives me a good pain. pl advise.
